Shipping & Returns
ORDERING & SHIPPING
We offer shipping on all skincare product orders placed through our website. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $150. Orders of $150 or more qualify for complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
IN-SPA PURCHASES
Products may also be purchased in person at our River North location — 343 W Erie St, Suite 320, Chicago. Our estheticians are happy to guide you toward the right products for your skin at the time of your visit.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love what you bring home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return due to the nature of the products.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. We will provide instructions and a return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right promptly.
